What's On Tonight (Sunday): It likes to kick, stretch, and kick! SNL is 50!

Saturday Night Live anniversary special

Too hot in the hot tub! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, February 16!

Our Top Pick tonight is SNL50: The Anniversary Special (NBC & Peacock). While the real 50 year mark isn't until October, February is when we celebrate the sketch comedy television institution that is Saturday Night Live. Sure it isn't as good as [*insert your preferred era here*] but tonight celebrates all eras with cast and essential hosts. Like all episodes, it was written from scratch this week.

Elsewhere, the BAFTAs are handed out, new guests check into The White Lotus, CNN investigates Pan Am 103, Food Network seeks the next ChampionGrimsburg still has crime, Family Guy does a parody, Tracker tracks a killer, and John Oliver yells at you until you properly laugh.

(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Zap2it.)
