Tonight's Top Pick is Doc, which is not a stealth remake of the 1975-76 CBS sitcom, but actually a FOX drama about an amnesiac doctor (Molly Parker). It's based on an Italian series inspired by real life, so, you know, in case you want to argue the plausibility of the whole affair.
