All Creatures Great and Small |
Those who can't wed, plan! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, January 12!
Our Top Pick tonight is the season premiere of All Creatures Great and Small (PBS & PBS Passport & PBS Masterpiece, 9 p.m.). This popular PBS import is back for a fifth season, which finds the show in the midst of World War II plus there's a baby. Here on the home front, animals still need to be cared for and small town happenings are elevated to drama. It's an okay series, though I much prefer original recipe. Like all Masterpiece offerings, the full season will be available with PBS Passport and PBS Masterpiece upon the premiere.
Elsewhere, Miss Scarlet is back minus the duke, 60 Minutes is on fire, comic books Call the Heart, Landman makes a move, Mayfair seeks an ally, and Heroes still go Rogue.
