What's On Tonight (Saturday): She's ready to rumble

Invincible Fight Girl

Everybody wants to be my enemy! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, November 9!

Our Top Pick tonight is Invincible Fight Girl (Adult Swim, midnight / Max, Sunday). This latest Toonami offering is a repurposed series from Cartoon Network. In this world, wrestlers are the elite class, which is bad news for Andy (Sydney Mikayla), who dreams of being a wrestler but was born into the accountants class. Thankfully, mom and dad let her go train in the city of wrestlers. Now she has to find a mentor. It's an okay show. It reminded me of OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes and Kill la Kill.

ElsewhereArcane returns for more origins, Bill Burr is Live from New York, Toonami has Magic and Muscles, Wynonna goes to the LimitsOne Piece gets to the factory, Vice deals in for Poker, Lifetime seeks a Serial Killer, and CBS hands out family awards.
