What's On Tonight (Wednesday): So you think you can Shrink

Shrinking

Cause this is thriller, thriller night! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, October 16!

Our Top Pick tonight is the season premiere of Shrinking (Apple TV+, midnight). Grieving therapist Jimmy (Jason Segal) spent last season getting too blunt and person with his patients. starts to tell his clients exactly what he thinks. His office includes Paul (Harrison Ford) and Gaby (Jessica Williams). Plus an extended cast that includes/d Christa Miller, Ted McGinley, Heidi Gardner, and Wendie Malick. While the series comes from some Ted Lasso minds, it doesn't have much of a happy outlook on life. It wades far into the messy and sad.

Elsewhere, ringworm takes over the Elementary, Nova seeks galactic volcanoes, Travis Kelce might be Smarter Than a Celebrity, Grotesquerie makes decisions, Renee Montgomery gets documentary treatment, Sing has a Thriller, Christmas brings final Lies, and a storm comes for the Crossing.
