Our Top Pick tonight is Inside No. 9 (BritBox, 3 a.m.). The often praised British black comedy anthology comes to a close with this ninth and final season. Creators and stars Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton bring along actors such as Siobhan Finneran, Katherine Parkinson, Katherine Kelly, Nick Mohammed, and Mark Gatiss for various roles. The creators have said this isn't necessarily the end forever, but new episodes are not in the works.

🎃 Wizards Beyond Waverly Place (Disney+, 3 a.m. / Disney Channel, 8 & 8:30 p.m.): SEASON ONE. The series premiered linearly last night, and tonight the complete 8-episode season comes to streaming. And the next 2 episodes air linearly in primetime on Disney Channel. I assume the first episodes are the only ones with Selena Gomez.
