60 Minutes (CBS, 7 p.m. / Paramount+, Monday): First, in "Pennsylvania Counts," Cecilia Vega travels to the battleground state Pennsylvania for an in-depth interview with Secretary of State Al Schmidt, a key figure in the election process. In "The Vatican's Orphans," Bill Whitaker speaks with the American adoptees who came here in the '50s and '60s when the Vatican sent thousands of Italian children to American Catholics for adoption. However, many weren't orphans, rather children of unwed mothers whom were alive. Finally, in "Ballmer's Ballgame," Jon Wertheim profiles Steve Ballmer, the former CEO of Microsoft who is now the basketball baron of the Los Angeles Clippers.
