Tonight's Top Pick is The Penguin, premiering on HBO. Is that not an excellent makeup job on Colin Farrell? If I didn't know better, I'd think that Maurice Benard from General Hospital let himself go.

A Very Royal Scandal, 12:01 a.m., Amazon. Series premiere. "One night. One hour. One interview that sent shockwaves around the globe. Based on the real-life 2019 interview between Emily Maitlis (Ruth Wilson) and Prince Andrew (Michael Sheen) over the scandalous accusations he faced regarding his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Giuffre." Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, 3:01 a.m., Netflix. Series premiere. "This riveting true-crime drama probes the lives of the Menendez brothers (Nicholas Alexander Chavez* and Cooper Koch, convicted of the brutal 1989 murders of their parents (Javier Bardem and Chloë Sevigny) in Beverly Hills." Twilight of the Gods, 3:01 a.m., Netflix. Series premiere. "Zack Snyder unleashes a bold and bloody vision of Norse mythology in this adult animated series about a warrior with an ax to grind against the gods." Eight episodes available.

Frasier, 3:01 a.m., Paramount+. Second season premiere. "Ham" and "Cyrano, Cyrano." "Frasier falls out with Alan when he finds out that Alan talked Freddy into quitting Harvard. Eve and David are asked by Frasier to watch after an imported beef." Later, "Frasier struggles to adjust to Roz and Alice being his new neighbors. Freddy feeds David lines on asking out a girl."
