What's On Tonight (Sunday): Let it Snow, let it snow, let it snow

Snowpiercer

It's the end of the season as we know it! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, September 22!

Our Top Pick tonight is the series finale of Snowpiercer (AMC+, 3 a.m. & AMC, 9 p.m.). This frequently silly and perhaps entertaining show is a reboot of the movie and comic that was booted off TNT but had its final season saved by AMC. Snowpiercer too often jumped the line of popcorn entertainment and prestige television. It was better (and sustainable) as the earlier. They aren't the only train! I liked the casting with Jennifer Connelly, Daveed Diggs, Alison Wright, and later Sean Bean, Archie Panjabi, Rowan Blanchard, and Clark Gregg, among others.

ElsewhereMatlock is reborn, CNN takes TV to the Edge, lifeguards are here for the Rescue, From is getting cold, Burgers are undercover, Food Network enters the Halloween Wars, 60 Minutes and SEAL Team take on the drug war, and Wonderland remembers '80s drugs in Hollywood.
