Wynona Earp: Vengeance

I watched Wynona Earp when it turned up on Netflix.  I found it to be on par with most Syfy originals.  It wasn't good enough to enter the holy Syfy Pantheon of Original Series (Battlestar Galactica, Farscape and The Expanse), but it was better than most of their trash.  What set it apart was a particularly charismatic lead in Melanie Scrofano (Letterkenny, Strange New Worlds) and a particularly enjoyable supporting cast.  I watched all four seasons, and I couldn't tell you a goddamn thing about what the mythology was or what the big bad of any season was (the show was very Buffy-inspired).  But I can tell you I enjoyed every episode, and I'll enjoy this week's Top Pick, Wynona Earp: Vengeance, too.  Just not on Tubi.  I'll wait till it hits Netflix.  I fucking hate commercials.
