Everybody loves Millionaire! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, August 21!
Our Top Pick tonight is Bad Monkey (Apple TV+, midnight). This dark comedy crime series stars Vince Vaughn as Andrew Yancy, a former detective who starts investigating a death with only a severed hand. He soon gets pulled into the seedy underworld of the Florida Keys. Based on Carl Hiaasen's bestseller and with Bill Lawrence as showrunner, the production values are top notch. The script: eh. I'm not sure I buy Vaughn as a former cop. Apple TV+! The also includes Jodie Turner-Smith, Michelle Monaghan, Meredith Hagner, and Alex Moffat.
