What's On Tonight (Thursday): It's Evil! Evil, I tell you!

Via Tumblr.

Tonight's Top Pick is the series finale of Evil, wrapping it up after 50 episodes and four seasons, one on CBS and three on Paramount+. I never found the time to watch, but it seems to have had a healthy fan base around these parts.

While I slip in a shameless plug for the Sunday return of Cancellation League, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, Aug. 22. All times are EST.

STREAMING
Evil, 3:01 a.m., Paramount+. Series finale. "Fear of the End." "An ominous countdown begins after the Bouchard girls start a new game on their VR goggles."

Classified, 12:01 a.m., Amazon/Freevee. Series premiere. "Rebellious teenager Ella (Imani Pullum) as she is uprooted from her home in Oakland, California and forced to move in with her estranged father in South Africa. Upon arrival, Ella's world is turned upside down as she navigates a very different reality than what she has known - one full of mansions, elite private schools, and secrets around every corner." Eight episodes available.

Fifteen-Love, 12:01 a.m., Sundance Now. Series premiere. "Teen tennis prodigy Justine (Ella Lily Hylan) suffers a career-ending tragedy on the world stage at the French Open. Five years later, she seems to have healed, but her peace is shattered when her old coach Glenn (Aidan Turner) returns home, having won the French Open with a new player. When Justine makes an explosive allegation against Glenn, the stately world of tennis is rocked by lies, deceit and a desperate bid for control." That is until one of her closest friends reveals that she has killed her husband. Her friend is claiming self-defense, but an uncompromising prosecutor thinks otherwise. Needing all the help she can get, Jax brings in an ambitious defense attorney to lead the case, but things get tense very quickly. Can Jax defend her friend, save her marriage and protect her energy while being catapulted into the biggest case of her career? Or will she lose it all?"
