I'm really, really, really hoping for a Jonathan Groff in Merrily We Roll Along win tonight. If not, that will be three years in a row where the Best Lead Actor in a Musical frontrunner didn't get the win. The others, of course, were Hugh Jackman in 2022 for The Music Man and Josh Groban in 2023 for Sweeney Todd.
