Our Top Pick tonight is Fallout (Amazon Prime Video, 9 p.m.), which got its premiere moved up a few hours on Monday. It's an adaptation of the popular video game that's an alternative history after World War II. 219 years after world collapse, Ella Purnell ventures from her protective bunker to the harsh and unforgiving place once called Los Angeles. Aaron Moten and Walton Goggins also star with guests including Kyle MacLachlan, Michael Emerson, Leslie Uggams, and Matt Berry (in voice form).
