What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Coming home again

Tonight's Top Pick is Conan O'Brien returning to The Tonight Show. Granted, it's as Jimmy Fallon's guest, but still, it's nice to know that it could happen after 14 years.


While I wonder about what sort of excitement awaits us in the year 2000, let's see what else TV has to offer for Tuesday, April 9. All times are EST.
