What's On Tonight (Sunday): Signed, sealed, misdelivered justice

Mr Bates vs The Post Office

Fuck you, and I'll see you tomorrow! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, April 7!

Our Top Pick tonight is the limited series Mr Bates vs The Post Office (PBS, 9 p.m.). The 4-episode series is a dramatization of a real case where Britain's Post Office got a new computer system that fucked up but the blame fell on hundreds (maybe thousands) of workers, many losing their livelihoods. The cast is led by reliable veteran Toby Jones. The show will air weekly on Sundays and with all episodes available at air time for PBS Passport subscribers.

Elsewhere, HBO is out of Enthusiasm, Beacon 23 is already back for season 2, it's Quiet on Set again, The Regime could fall, the Heart is still Calling, Columbia gets docuseries treatment, The Simpsons unionizes, Parish cleans up, and Tournament of Champions finds its new champion.

(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Zap2it.)
