Wisconsin is the last state that can prosecute people for the false electors scheme. Not only did Wisconsin Republicans set up false electors but they were the basis for the other states with false electors. More? Our Dumb Senator, Ron Johnson was recruited to pass the false electors slate to VP Mike Pence who was expected to substitute them for the real electors.
