Feed Me: Saucy

 


We made chicken and I wanted a sauce that wasn't in a jar or a can.

I found an easy recipe:

In skillet, cook chicken in 1 tbsp butter.

Once done (remove chicken), add 1/2 cup white wine.

Cook over medium heat, stirring the bits from the pan in.

Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and bring to boil.

Reduce heat, stir until slightly thickened.  

Stir in 1 tbsp minced rosemary and 3 tbsp butter.


The wine was sweet and it made the sauce so incredibly yummy!!
