We are running out of Gazans. Without Gaza as a base Hamas won't have much to do other than hide elsewhere and recruit and recruit. So what is Netanyahu to do? Because once Gaza is completely flattened and every last child is dead, he's going to have to go back to facing all of those fraud charges. He could give up and go to prison. Or he could pick a much more dangerous fight with Hezbollah to the north. Hezbollah is more directly connected to Iran than Hamas is. Neither Israel or Iran admit to having nuclear weapons. At least one or maybe both do.
We're seeing what it's like in the US for someone to hold onto power at all costs. Netanyahu and Trump are mirror images and what they see in the mirror doesn't match what we see. Would you trust either of them with your life? [Times of Israel]
