Netanyahu doubles down with "not a choice" on Rafah. He told all of the Gazans to escape to Rafah if they want to live. He's holding up all the humanitarian aid at the border with Egypt; He's now saying that they can bring their tents into northern Gaza which has already been flattened and has no infrastructure. Skippy wants to build a resort there and move the remaining Gazans into the Negev desert. How can anyone pretend that any of this is not war crimes. Yes war crimes on both sides. But their is a huge power divide and Israel is using is using it to utterly destroy all the Gazans. [CNN]

So, um, they're finally talking about what is happening in Gaza are war crimes. Did Hamas start this round with war crimes? Hell yeah. Were there war crimes on both sides before this? Hell yeah. There are no innocent parties here. [BBC]
