US Secretary of State Blinken is shaking hands in the middle east. He's mostly been reassuring Israel but he has been pointing out that they need to stop killing civilians with bombs or by starvation. More promising (if we ever get rid of Netanyahu) is that countries from Qatar to Saudi Arabia are willing to engage in peaceful relations with Israel if they allow Palestinians to govern themselves.
