You thought that Dobbs was bad? They are just warming up. You might think that you're living in the 21st century but according to the US Supreme Court we are resetting the calendars to the 19th century. It remains to be seen if they will drag us as far back as slavery but we're getting damn close.
You would think that they would have learned a lesson from Dobbs. Deliver a major decision that goes against the will of the entire country and then your political party loses an election that they should have won. Their takeaway? Nonsense. We'll just render elections meaningless. Everything must come before the court. If we bother. [The Nation]
