What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Happy Halloween! Batter Up!

Tonight's Top Pick is Game Four of the World Series. As I write this Sunday night, it's already known that there will be at least a fifth game, so tonight's match is not where the story ends. That's alright with me.


While I prepare for one last scare, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Tuesday, Oct. 31. All times are EST.


STREAMING
Ralph Barbosa: Cowabunga, 3:01 a.m., Netflix. Premiere. "Dallas comedian Ralph Barbosa talks about how he grew up with his grandparents and ran a hair salon in his bedroom when he was 13 years old."


TALKIN' 'BOUT TALK
Today, 7 a.m., NBC. Segments include the annual Halloween costumes reveal, "Sugar is having a moment," a look at spooky cocktails and "Behind the scenes of Halloween." Later, "The Real Hound of Baskervilles," "retro sculpt" exercises and last-minute treats. After that, more scoop, food and costumes.

The View, 11 a.m., ABC. A special visit to Walt Disney World, Roy Wood Jr., Marc Summers (The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers) and Halloween costumes.

The Kelly Clarkson Show, times and stations vary. Kyle Richards (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), Keith Morrison (this segment may be cut or air with a disclaimer in light of the death of Keith's stepson, Matthew Perry), DC Young Fly (Celebrity Squares), "America's spookiest family" and "Y'Alloween."

Tamron Hall, times and stations vary. Halloween includes Tamron doing a dance number, plus giveaways, performances and "Shop Tam Fam."
