What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Bye-bye, Mr. American Buffalo ...

Via Giphy.

Tonight's Top Pick is the finale of The American Buffalo, Ken Burns' two-part PBS documentary. Ken's got projects for at least the next few years, with subjects ranging from Leonardo da Vinci to Lyndon Johnson. I hope when they're all finished, Ken does something frivolous. A documentary on Suzanne Somers!

While I prepare to pitch Suzanne's Story to Ken Burns, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Tuesday, Oct. 17. All times are EST.

More than 100,000 young revelers, who were packed into the narrow bar-lined alleyways of Seoul's trendy Itaewon neighborhood, became trapped in a mass panic. The toll was astonishing: 159 people, including two American students studying abroad, had suffocated and died that night. Nearly all those who perished were in their twenties." Two installments available.
