Good day! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, October 7!
Our Top Pick tonight is the return of Austin City Limits (PBS, 11 p.m.). Kicking off its 49th season is Mexican acoustic guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela. The flamenco-fueled instrumentalists draw inspiration from pop and jazz to heavy metal and jazz, and (finally) won a Grammy in 2020. The Austin Symphony Orchestra will join them for the concert. More concerts needs a full orchestra back-up. Also, I'm not gonna turn down a possible spotlight for Hispanic Heritage Month.
Elsewhere, Johnson goes Big Brother, Austin City Limits turns 49, ACL goes lives if you don't wanna wait for the PBS edit, Hallmark embraces a ghost, Chocolate has its final Showdown, All Rise is family, and Heartland Docs are on call.
