I'm not going to talk about the Middle East because I blame just about everyone. Which means that I'll pretty much upset everyone. I have selfish reasons too. In a couple months I'll be flying from Bangkok to Vienna through Dubai. Dubai mostly stays out of things. Like Jordan is everyone's friend, Dubai is the common market of the Middle East.
