Feed Me: Chhoila

 



In conjunction with my Dashain post, I was curious about some foods in Nepal, and found a favorite is Chhoila.

Traditionally made with water buffalo meat, the term just means "roasted meat," so I'm mostly finding chicken recipes.

Spices include:

Ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, and red chili.

Typically very spicy, it says.
