What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Let's talk about the foosball

Tonight's Top Pick is the 46th season premiere of Inside the NFL, airing on The CW. This also reminds me that I do need to revisit The Waterboy, eventually, when I actually have time to watch anything for fun.
