Our Top Pick tonight is the premiere of Dreaming Whilst Black (Showtime, 10 & 10:30 p.m.). PBS isn't the only British importer. This comedy series was co-created by and stars Adjani Salmon as a recruitment worker, but he dreams of being a filmmaker with his friend Amy (Dani Moseley).
