Did you think we were done with Clarence Thomas? Oh lordy no.. This time it wasn't Harlan Crow (see image above) but the Koch network. They're trying to do a workaround that it's common for Supreme Court justices to give speeches or make appearances. It is. There is even often a token fee paid to the justice. Thomas got private jet travel and more than a token fee. More damning is that he was used as bait for fundraising by the Koch network. Do I need to point out that Koch has had and will have many more cases in front of the Supreme Court? [ProPublica]
