This story is beyond outrageous. Wisconsin Assembly Leader Robin Vos has appointed a panel of three former Wisconsin State Supreme Court justices to look into how to impeach a current Supreme Court Justice. The panel is secret. The target is not. Vos wants to take out liberal Janet Protasiewicz because it's likely that she could help undo the gerrymander that has allowed Republicans to steal Wisconsin. There aren't that many former Justices since they serve 10 year terms. Most of them have already said that they were not invited onto the panel. One has confirmed that he's on it, David Prosser. Not only did he contribute to Pretasiewicz's opponent but he was infamous for not recusing himself when he should have - and the issue here is whether or not she should recuse. He was also infamous for attempting to strangle a (female) liberal justice in her chambers. He got off of charges for that because fellow conservative ex-justice Patty Roggensack denied it. The bruises said otherwise. Considering how many judges have not been asked then Roggensack is likely on the panel. It doesn't matter who the third member is. Prosser and Roggensack will give Vos the answer he wants. He'll push through an impeachment a justice who has not sat for a single case yet. It will be rubber stamped by the Senate. Then it will go to the courts. It will eventually be seen by the Supremes but will it be 5-4 liberal or 4-4 tie? Either way Wisconsin is still being held hostage. [Ashland Daily Press]
Trump wrote to-do lists for his personal assistant on classified documents, as one does. She also noticed the ninety or so extra boxes of documents downstairs and that Trump, Nauta, maintenance people and many others all knew about them so it was inevitable that Trump would be caught. She bailed. [ABC]

We've been waiting how long to see Donald Trump's taxes? Yet somehow we've seen Hunter Biden's. I hope he wins his lawsuit. [Reuters]
