Tomorrow is Mexico's Independence Day (no it is NOT Cinco de Mayo) so it seems appropriate today to celebrate with.....uh, paella? Eh, why the hell not. Tomorrow we kick the Spaniards out. Besides, paella is good.
Let's see, the most famous Spanish entertainer right now is either Enrique Iglesias or Charo. We'll see if Enrique can still bring it at [hand wave] years of age. Charo can.
