What's On Tonight (Thursday): I know my audience (and I'm glad CBS does, too)

Via Giphy.

Tonight's Top Pick is The Price Is Right: A Tribute to Bob Barker, because it should be. My dad didn't like this suggestion, but I believe that TPIR played a role in my being able to read at an early age. Think about it: all those close ups of products and what not, being repeated by Bob and Rod, happening daily. Then again, you could say the same about Jeopardy!'s clues, and to a lesser extent, Wheel of Fortune's puzzles.

While I reassure my parents that, yes, they were ultimately responsible for the best parts of me, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, Aug. 31. All times are EST.
