The big story on Fox and worse was definitely Hunter Biden pleading guilty. But they had to be careful not to complete their sentences because that last clause "of illegal possession of a firearm" muddies the water to the point that they are bending themselves backward to avoid screaming about the second amendment. I'm not interested. Hunter Biden's past is wide open.
So let's talk Arkansas. Let's talk about gender affirming care. A federal judge who had previously put a temporary hold on Arkansas' anti-Trans law (and was affirmed by the court above him) has now put a permanent hold on the law. The state of course wants to appeal. Good. Bring this to a higher court and the ruling will take hold in more states. [Guardian]
