Kids in Montana have been pushing a climate lawsuit. It's being heard and it's got some solid legal ground in the Montana constitution. [Montana Public Radio]
People are being dropped from Medicaid. It should be obvious to anyone that people who need Medicaid can't afford insurance. If they don't have insurance or Medicaid they will either die or get medical care through emergency rooms. We're going to pay that anyway. The only reason for this is to punish poor people for being poor. [KFF]
