Politics Corner May 12th

I couldn't find the excellent guide to the Supreme Court's pork ruling that I read just yesterday so instead I'm giving you the actual decisions. It's a lot. It was a 5-4 decision in favor of California. As has been pointed out it is one of the rare occasions in which the court has restricted rather than expanded it's power. It's also rare in that votes had nothing to do with liberal or conservative. Every one of them seemed to have different opinions on how this will play out. Would this open the door to an infinite number of suits between states or would this allow for protection of sovereignty? Which state's rights took precedence? (Supreme Court)
