There should be immediate fallout at CNN for letting the obvious happen. It won't, but Trump likely put himself in a legal trap. He just lost a defamation case and then promptly defamed the same plaintiff. If E. Jean Carroll decides to pursue another lawsuit she is likely to win. Would it be back in Manhattan or will it be Atlanta? Native New Yorker can't bitch about courts in Georgia. [Guardian]

Just another example of the lawlessness pervading America right now. People think they have the right to put someone in a chokehold until they die because they were annoying on the subway. And the charge? 2nd degree manslaughter. I'm not going to post a photo of Daniel Penny choking Jordan Neely because the absolute calm on Penny's face as he's killing Neely is revolting. Penny's lawyers have been pushing Neely's history as an excuse except Penny didn't know a damn bit about Penny's history when he was murdering him. [ABC}
