... then the celebrities on Jimmy Fallon's music-comedy variety game show wouldn't be in such a jam. Tonight's Top Pick is That's My Jam, because, like I said, I try to recognize most weekly series.
STREAMING
How I Met Your Father, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. Second season spring finale. "I'm His Swish" and "Daddy." "Sophie dates an older man, which encourages Jesse, Sid, and Charlie to take better care of themselves. Sophie and Val battle over who gets the apartment for date night." Later, "Sophie goes to Robert's country house for the weekend. The gang celebrates Lost and Found Box Day at Pemberton's." Neil Patrick Harris is listed on IMDB as reprising his role of Barney from How I Met Your Mother in these episodes, so "Robert" could be a decoy name. Unless they're going for a bigger surprise and "Robert" is the alias of Josh Radnor as Ted Mosby. Except "The Mother" dies in 2024, so Ted would be a total skeeze, picking up a new gal while he waits for his wife to die. Two episodes available, new episodes resume in late May.
Mae Martin: SAP, 3:01 a.m., Netflix. Premiere. "The non-binary comedian Mae Martin speaks of a world that has gone off the rails. Among other things, Mae Martin mentions a mythical encounter with a moose and the gender spectrum in the story Beauty and the Beast.

In the second half-hour, Melanie hangs around for an episode with Megan Dodds and Dougray Scott (Crime, A Town Called Malice). All three of Drew's guests acted with her in Ever After: A Cinderella Story, so this portion is being promoted as mostly a reunion rather than plugging new projects.
Sherri, times and stations vary. Toni Collette, plus Rosanna & Elaina Scotto. Rosanna is co-host of Good Day New York and the Scottos have a family restaurant, Fresco by Scotto. The sisters are plugging their cookbook, Meatballs, Mangia & Memories.
