Our Top Pick tonight is the freshman drama The Company You Keep (ABC, 10 p.m.). The series stars Opposite Sex's Milo Ventimiglia as con-man Charlie and Catherine Haena Kim as undercover CIA officer Emma (and member of a political dynasty), who spend a passionate night together boning but are on opposite ends of the law and will soon come into conflict. Sarah Wayne Callies and William Fichtner also star.
