What's On Tonight (Wednesday): Before Wordle, there was Lingo

Lingo

Nevers gonna give you up! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, February 15!

Our Top Pick tonight is the revival of Lingo (CBS, 9 p.m.). The game show originally premiered in 1987 and has been revived twice — both by GSN — prior to this new one. If you play Wordle, the gameplay will be familiar as teams of 2 attempt to guess words with letter hints within time and guessing limitations. There's also plenty of padding. This is a broadcast game show, after all.

Elsewhere, The Nevers quietly depart TV, Wu-Tang begins its final season, an asteroid approaches The ArkChicago is One again, more Masked Singers must be unmasked, The Flash has guilt, dogs persevere in Nature, John Legend performs at the Den, and royalty comes to South Park.
