Our Top Pick tonight is the awful series Emily in Paris (Netflix, 3 a.m.), which is back for a third season. Moving abroad for work, Emily is the kind of American no one should emulate. She is entitled, selfish and snobby to the nth degree. She makes poor choices and lives a stream of bad clichés yet somehow moves ahead in life. In the first season, she wanted to smash her friend's boyfriend yet when she is invited to her friends' family's vineyard — with the crush, too — she (mistakenly?) bangs her friends' 17-year-old brother, a virgin. You'd think the mom would be a bit dismayed. Nope, she pulls Emily aside to ask how her son was in bed. Emily in Paris!

⭐ Emily in Paris (Netflix, 3 a.m.): SEASON THREE. One year after moving from Chicago to Paris for her dream job, Emily finds herself at a crucial crossroads in every aspect of her life. Faced with two very different paths, Emily will have to decide exactly where her loyalties lie — at work and in her romantic life — and what those decisions mean for her future in France, all while continuing to immerse herself in the adventures and surprising twists and turns that life in Paris provides.
Jack Ryan (Amazon Prime Video, midnight): SEASON THREE. Jack Ryan is working for the CIA when he is tipped off that the Sokol Project, a secret plan to restore the Soviet Empire, is being resurrected more than 50 years after it was thought to have been shut down. Jack works to confirm the intelligence, but things quickly go awry, and he is wrongly implicated in a larger conspiracy. Accused of treason, Jack is forced to run from his own government.
Leverage: Redemption (FreeVee, midnight): The team uses the true story of a World War I POW escape to free an innocent man framed by a pair of dirty cops.
National Treasure: Edge of History (Disney+, 3 a.m.): "After Jess discovers her late mother’s involvement in the treasure hunt, Jess becomes even more determined to unravel the secrets her mother never told her about their past. She enlists the help of her friends and Liam. This newly formed team of treasure hunters bonds as they decipher a clue handed down by the Masons and embark on a risky mission that sends them to a mansion once owned by and American icon."
📺 Sonic the Hedgehog (Paramount+, now): While not quite the first TV series based on the classic video game character Sonic the Hedgehog (that's be Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog), it is the better of the early TV adaptations. In a dystopian future populated mostly by anthropomorphic animals, Sonic leads the rebel Freedom Fighters against the evil dictator Dr. Robotnik. The latest Sonic TV series, Sonic Prime, was released last week.
