What’s On Tonight (Thursday): I’d rather it was four parts on Bronson

via Gifer

Tonight’s Top Pick is the finale of Branson, the documentary miniseries. As HBO notes, “Branson remains a complex figure, committed to both philanthropic initiatives and his own bottom line.” I mostly think of him in relation to a Dennis Miller joke: “Considering how often the airlines fuck you, Richard had to have been joking when he named his ‘Virgin.’”

Let’s see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, Dec. 22. All times are EST.

The Best Man: The Final Chapters, 3:01 a.m., Peacock. Premiere. “Based upon the eponymous Universal film franchise written and directed by Malcolm D. Lee, the series will catch up with Harper, Robyn, Jordan, Lance, Quentin, Shelby, Candace, and Murch as relationships evolve and past grievances resurface in the unpredictable stages of midlife crisis meets midlife renaissance.” With an ensemble cast including Taye Diggs, Sanaa Lathan, Nia Long, Morris Chestnut, Terrence Howard, Regina Hall and Harold Perrineau. Eight episodes available.
