Little Women |
I'd rather take coffee than compliments just now.! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, September 3!
Our Top Pick tonight is the premiere of the Korean drama Little Women (Netflix, 3 a.m.), which is based/inspired by the classic American novel by Louisa May Alcott. Reading other synopses, the show is certainly making the sisterly story its own beyond just moving the setting to Korea and the present day. For any K TV fans, the show is surely anticipated. It stars three of the country's top actresses — Kim Go-eun, Nam Ji-hyun, Park Ji-hu — and is crafted by a top tier writer (Chung Seo-kyung).
Elsewhere, Scotland has an Election, singers sing for Taylor Hawkins, Elvis teams up with Tom Hanks, Showtime double features covers adult film subjects, and Yashahime has been kidnapped.
