Our Top Pick tonight is the comedy Flatbush Misdemeanors (Showtime, 11 p.m.). The sophomore comedy, created and starring Kevin Iso and Dan Perlman, follows the lives of family and friends who are trying to scrap by in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. While the cast is mostly unknowns, the recurring cast includes Maria Bamford, Roy Wood Jr., and Sam Jay.
