Our Top Pick tonight is the teen-targeting supernatural/horror anthology Are You Afraid of the Dark? (Nickelodeon, 7 p.m.). The third season of this second reboot ventures in a new but more typical-of-our-era direction. Instead of an episodic series, the show spends its (short) third season following a single group of characters. The stories are a little more upbeat toward the end, but the show still aims for spooks.
Elsewhere, an Election turns Red, Belfast is in turmoil, Africa gets Wild, the Straw Hats depart, Nazis are at the Bottom of the Sea.

📺 All That (Paramount+, now): The 2019 revival didn't take, even with Kenan Thompson as a producer. At least the original run of this SNICK-era kids' sketch comedy lives on. Like any sketch comedy, the humor is hit and miss and the humor here aims for the juvenile. The show worked enough, and introduced us to Kenan, Kel Mitchell, Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, and Lori Beth Denberg, among others.
Are You Afraid of the Dark? (Nickelodeon, 7 p.m.): After unleashing an evil ghost from the mirror, the kids face a night of terrors in the haunted hotel, where they must uncover the truth.
📺 Doctor Who (Retro TV, 6 p.m.): The Axos organism spreads its particles across Earth so it can feed on the planet.
Red Election (Ovation, 7 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. Follow Danish secret service agent Katrine Poulson (Vic Carmen Sonne) and British spy Beatrice Ogilvy (Lydia Leonard), who are pitched together in a desperate race against time. Caught in a web of lies, murder, and power struggles.
