This article is really selling me on oat's superfood benefits - I wonder if I can just add oats to anything I cook?
For a couple of very broke years as a student, I ate porridge every morning - it definitely kept me going, and kept me warm as well.
Do you like oatmeal/porridge? How do you have yours?
