This baked herb and garlic mushroom gnocchi looks simple and delicious.

While we're on mushrooms ("on mushrooms, hee hee"), how about a mushroom and tofu larb? I love chicken larb; I'd give this a try, but I'm a little iffy on the texture. The recipe uses 'toasted rice powder', which it says is essential. Interesting! I'm very curious, but maybe not to the point of grinding toasted rice in a mortar and pestle. Someone else try it and tell me how it works.
Lastly, here's some useful info about which fruit and vegies can be stored together and which should not.
