What’s On Tonight (Thursday): Playing with the Quinn of hearts ...

via Tenor

Tonight's Top Pick is the third season premiere of Harley Quinn, happening at 3:01 a.m. EST on HBO Max. You know, I have to give Kaley Cuoco credit. She's been a working actress for ~30 years and really gone the distance from the first time she was on my radar, as the flirty one on 8 Simple Rules.

Let’s see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, July 28. All times are EST. Also, just a reminder, starting Aug. 1, my listings will run three times a week, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

STREAMING

Harley Quinn, 3:01 a.m., HBO Max. Third season premiere. “Harlivy," "There's No Ivy in Team" and "The 83rd Annual Villy Awards." I'm assuming that the show continues with Harley (voice of Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (voice of Lake Bell) making a go of it as a supervillainous couple. Three episodes available.

House Party, 3:01 a.m., HBO Max. Movie Premiere. "A high school student sneaks out to his friend's house party, which turns into a wild night of antics, hip-hop, dance and fun."

The Resort, 3:01 a.m., Peacock. Premiere. A multi-generational, coming-of-age love story disguised as a fast-paced mystery about the disappointment of time. An anniversary trip puts a marriage to the test when the couple finds themselves embroiled in one of the Yucatan's most bizarre unsolved mysteries that took place fifteen years prior." The ensemble cast includes William Jackson Harper, Cristin Milioti, Luis Gerardo Méndez, Skyler Gisondo and Nick Offerman. Three episodes available.

Keep Breathing, 3:01 a.m., Netflix. Premiere. "After her private plane crashes in the remote Canadian frontier, lone survivor and New York lawyer, Liv (Melissa Barrera), must battle both an unforgiving wilderness and past personal traumas to stay alive."

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, 3:01 a.m, HBO Max. Premiere. "Spirit Week," "The Spirit Queen" and "Aftermath." “Twenty years ago, a series of tragic events almost ripped the blue-collar town of Millwood apart. Now, in present day, a disparate group of teen girls, a brand-new set of Little Liars, find themselves tormented by an unknown Assailant and made to pay for the secret sin committed by their parents two decades ago ... as well as their own." Three episodes available.

American Horror Stories, 12:01 a.m., FX on Hulu. “Aura." "After moving into a new home, a married couple is tormented by a cryptic visitor." The headliners are Max Greenfield and Gabourey Sidibe.

The Orville: New Horizons, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. “Domino." "The creation of a powerful weapon puts the crew -- and the entire Union -- in a political and ethical dilemma."

Moonhaven, 3:01 a.m., AMC+. “Dreadfeel.”

Rap Sh!t, 3:01 a.m., HBO Max. "Something for The Hood."

Hart to Heart, 3:01 a.m., Peacock. Tracee Ellis Ross.
