Our Top Pick tonight is the medical drama Transplant (NBC, 8 p.m.), which has been uprooted from Sundays to the Saturday graveyard. Despite this, the Canadian-set show about a refugee doctor (Hamza Haq) from Syria has been renewed for a third season. The show also stars John Hannah and Laurence Leboeuf.

Elsewhere, Flowers in the Attic gets a prequel, Andrea Martin might Lie to You, TLC says Yes to the DressDoctor Who goes down to the Tombs, Sherlock temporary stops pursuing Lupin, and Naruto begins round 2 of exams.
