How good does this beef, ricotta and rosemary meatball traybake look? It's very simple, too.
Very much recipe-browsing with my eyes today. That recipe's from a compilation of 50 meatball recipes.
My meatball trick is to just buy nice pork and fennel sausages from the butcher, split the skin, then divide and roll the filling.
